David is certified as a specialist in civil litigation by the Law Society of Upper Canada. For the last 37 years he has appeared as counsel before the Superior Court of Ontario, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Canada, administrative tribunals and in domestic and international arbitrations. As a former commissioner of the Ontario Pension Commission and the Ontario Financial Services Tribunal he participated in the adjudication of disputes and as a member of Ontario court reform task forces he provided input into the judicial process.
